Expected weight: 8 kg
Health issues: Nothing
Sterilized: Yes
Ready to travel (date/month): End of August
History/background:
Lola was picked up by Zero Stray’s Georgia’s dedicated supporter, Lisa. Lola and Susie, mother and daughter, were dropped off by Turtle Lake by the municipal services after being neutered. They were terrified of local packs of dogs.
Personality/character:
Lola is a wonderful mix of calm and spirited. She is a peaceful dog, friendly with children and other dogs, but she also has a quiet strength—she won’t let herself be pushed around. Though she rarely looks for trouble, if another dog challenges her, she won’t back down easily.
She is well-mannered at mealtime, eating calmly without fuss, but she values her food and prefers not to share her portion. One of her favorite things in the world is getting affection—she loves being petted, and she will lean into your touch, soaking up every bit of love. Like Susie, she has a bit of a shy side, but it only makes her more endearing.
Lola would make a devoted companion for someone looking for a dog with both sweetness and confidence—a dog who loves deeply but also knows how to stand her ground. She is looking for a home where she can feel safe, cherished, and free to be her wonderful self.
